Leadership

We have a strong partnership with Carrick Academy which allows their Sports Leaders to come to the School and practice their coaching skills delivering sport to the pupils at Cairn PS. This year we have Abbey Niven who is in S6. She is out at Cairn PS every Monday supporting PE and delivering afterschool clubs. We also run our P7 Junior Coaching Academy which has trained our P7’s to deliver sport and physical activity at lunchtimes to the younger pupils within the School. We also have Ross Copeland who is an HNC student and Caitlin Flanagan who is an intern with Active Schools delivering activities at the School.
