Troon Primary School

Troon Primary School is situated in Troon and part of the Marr Cluster. Work has just been completed on a new sports hall within the school which is helping the school to offer a wider range of activities to pupils.

Clubs this term include dance, girls football, athletics and handball!

Leadership

P7 Pupils are taking part in the Junior Coaching Academy Programme this term. The programme teaches the pupils all the skills needed to run their own sports clubs at lunch times.

Look out for new lunch clubs starting after the October holidays!

 

Pathways

Troon have strong connections to the wider community including member clubs of the Troon Community Sports Hub.

Pupils enjoy input from a wide range of club coaches throughout the school year including football, gymnastics, rugby, volleyball and handball.

Pupils have been working with Troon Handball Club, Ayr United Football Academy and Troon Volleyball Club throughout Term 1.
