Volunteers are vital to Active Schools.

78% of all our programmes last year were delivered by volunteers, that’s equivalent to over 5,200 hours of delivery last year from over 420 different volunteers!

Who Can Volunteer?

We are extremely lucky to have such great support from volunteers in South Ayrshire. Our network of volunteers includes; teachers, students, young leaders and senior pupils, parents, club coaches and a whole lot more!
